sFUM presale

A small, capped raise to bootstrap the initial liquidity pool. Not a fundraise. Not a roadshow. A practical capital injection so the LP launches with depth on day one and the project doesn't open against a thin market.

The raise

PropertyValue
Target raise$10,000 USDC
Token allocated to presale5,000 sFUM (5% of total supply)
Public price10 sFUM per USD
OG price (legacy holders)12.5 sFUM per USD (25% bonus over public)
Cap per addressTBD at launch
Use of fundsInitial LP seeding + LP lock fee

The raise is $10k total. That is not a typo. We are not raising venture money. The presale exists for one reason: pair the 35,000 LP slice of sFUM with enough USDC to launch trading against a real, deep, locked pool.

Math

public buyer: 1 USDC → 10 sFUM
OG buyer: 1 USDC → 12.5 sFUM

If the full $10k cap is hit at public price, that's:

10,000 USDC × 10 sFUM/USD = 100,000 sFUM (but allocation is 5,000)

The allocation cap (5,000 sFUM) saturates before the dollar cap is hit. In practice, the presale closes when the sFUM allocation runs out, not when the dollar raise hits $10k. The dollar number is the maximum; the token allocation is the fixed.

If OG demand fills the allocation first, the public window may not even open. Show up if you want in.

The 25% OG bonus

OG holders (any address that ever held an original Fantum — see How to claim for eligibility) get a 25% bonus on their presale buy. Same dollar, more sFUM.

The bonus is enforced by the same Merkle proof system used for the NFT legacy claim. A presale buyer attaches a proof; if the proof verifies, the contract gives them the bonus rate.

This is the only "token airdrop" in the project. Even then it's not free — you pay a discounted price, you don't receive tokens for nothing.

LP shape post-presale

After the presale closes:

  • All USDC raised → paired with the LP slice of sFUM
  • LP token minted to a treasury wallet
  • LP token locked for 12 months in a standard timelock contract
  • LP lock proof published in the repo and on-chain

The lock is non-negotiable. The team cannot pull liquidity for the first 12 months. After 12 months the team can extend the lock (typical action) or unlock and re-deposit (more rare).

What presale buyers get

  • sFUM at a fixed, known price (no bonding curve, no auction shenanigans)
  • A timestamp-vested unlock schedule
  • A presale badge in the community treasury records
  • Optional: a small commemorative Reborn trait for the first 100 presale wallets, TBD

There is no governance token, no "founder NFT", no special access to anything beyond the discounted rate. The presale is pricing, not status.

Unlock schedule

Presale sFUM unlocks linearly over the public mint period — typically a 14-day window after public mint opens. So if you presale-buy 100 sFUM and the public mint runs for 14 days, you receive approximately 7 sFUM per day, fully unlocked at day 14.

This prevents a single-block sell pressure event right at LP launch.

Why $10k specifically

It's enough. Anything more is grift; anything less and the LP is too thin to defend against a $5k sell order. $10k pairs against the 35,000 sFUM LP allocation to make a starting price of approximately $0.30 per sFUM. From there, market sets price.

We could have raised more. We didn't want to.

Risks (honest version)

RiskMitigation
Presale undersubscribesTreasury covers the shortfall via dev-treasury USDC. The LP launches regardless.
Presale oversubscribes earlyOG-window fills allocation before public window opens. Public buyers refund.
LP gets dumped at launchLP is locked 12 months. Nobody can pull it.
sFUM price tanksBuyback and burn cycle still runs from duel pots / marketplace fees / FeeM rebate.
LP token lossUse Sonic's canonical DEX, multisig holds the LP token, lock contract is audited

The honest answer is: a $10k LP is small. A whale could move the price meaningfully with a $1k swap. That's fine — the early market is supposed to be illiquid. Anyone who needs deep liquidity is not the audience for the launch week.
